📄 Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ik44 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ik44 website at ik44.pro, including all games, betting markets, account features, promotions, and related services offered through the platform. To register and maintain an account on ik44, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the platform.
• You must register using accurate and complete personal information, including your real name and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• Each individual may hold only one active ik44 account. Operating multiple accounts (whether in your own name or via proxies) is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to verify that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of ik44, nor a close family member of such a person, when using the platform for real-money play.

ik44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account relationship, including at the point of a withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions. Verification is conducted to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (KYC) standards.

💰 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ik44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ik44 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other supported Bangladeshi bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

Funds deposited to your ik44 account must be used exclusively for gaming purposes on the platform. ik44 does not provide interest on account balances. Account balances are not protected by any government deposit insurance scheme. You may only deposit funds that you legally own. Depositing funds derived from illegal activities is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

ik44 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to Bangladeshi players. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account closed immediately, all bets voided, and any remaining balance returned to the original payment source after applicable deductions. ik44 cooperates fully with any request from a guardian or parent to exclude a minor.

🚫 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

ik44 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform. Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use any automated system (bot, script, or macro) to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion with other players to fix the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament on the platform.
• Money laundering, fraud, or using the ik44 platform to process funds derived from illegal or criminal activity. ik44 is legally required to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or any other reason.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ik44 staff or other platform users through any communication channel, including customer support, live chat, or social media.

ik44 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, ik44 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, and withhold any associated winnings pending investigation. ik44's determination of prohibited conduct is final and binding.

🔒 Account Suspension and Termination

ik44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any of these Terms & Conditions, including age misrepresentation, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe when requested by ik44's compliance team.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity connected to the account, in which case ik44 may also freeze account funds and report the matter to relevant authorities without further notice.

All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the ik44 platform without express written permission from ik44. Unauthorised use of ik44 intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ik44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. ik44's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their ik44 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

🔄 Changes to These Terms

ik44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ik44 will endeavour to notify registered players via a notice on the platform, by email to the registered address, or by SMS to the registered mobile number. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the ik44 website.

Your continued use of the ik44 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account and return of any eligible remaining balance by contacting customer support.
